Loved the spacious 96sqm suite with a big kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, fantastic room service, and the hotel's convenient location above Brickell City Centre mall. Fred, the staff member, was absolutely fantastic and made our room issue a breeze to resolve with a quick upgrade and helpful assistance with our move. The hotel's central location was super convenient for exploring Brickell, even though the room had some noise from the nearby nightclub and street. 🌴

the hotel was clean and beautiful. the location next to brickell city center was super convenient - with lots of dining and entertainment options. the sugar garden rooftop bar had great cocktails and beautiful views. access to the shops from the second floor was a big plus.

The room at EAST Miami was absolutely amazing! The modern design and spacious layout made me feel right at home. The floor-to-ceiling windows and private balcony offered stunning views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. The spa-inspired bathroom was a luxurious escape from the city buzz.
I personally found the mood lighting a bit too sensual for my taste, but I can see how others might enjoy it.

Clean hotel, new-fashioned rooms, marvellous location to a shopping mall which is very convenient. Amazing building and rooms with balcony. Located in the heart of the city. And only a short distance to Sugar. Great to have a signature restaurant at the fifth floor.
